At public universities do they have tutors you can go to, inorder to get help with maybe Math or english?

I’m thinking about University of Massachusetts Amherst. I want to major in Electrical Engineering, and I know it is very intensive, and I have a learning disability, so I would need extra help. If large universities don’t support with tutors, then maybe a small private school will be better.

Contact student affairs, and see what services they have for you. If you are in high school with a current IEP, it can usually carry over to higher ed, too.
