Do you need a license in Florida to tutor private lessons to speak German?

If so, is there a website that will give me information stating that you do in fact need a license to tutor German Florida & where to get such a lcense?

No license required. All you need are customers.

One suggestion would be to go to your local library and offer to teach a class in conversational German in their meeting room once a month as a community service. There may be a nominal fee for the room usage. Although you are not allowed to use their facility for commercial, business or solicitation purposes, some of the attendees may request private lessons afterwards. No one should object if you gave out your information individually upon request.
