RosettaStone for learning French?

I took French I last year, I did really well and my grade was 98%. I’m taking French II this year and I’ve definitely forgotten a lot of the stuff I learned last year. Would taking French two, side-by-side with RosettaStone be a good idea? What do you think?

P.S.(I’ve already looked into getting a fluent tutor, none to be found where I live).
