Where can I find free math tutoring for multiplication and division?

I’m trying to help an 18-year-old get his GED. Unfortunately his Mom thought it was a good idea to pull him out of school halfway thru the 7th grade. He has very poor math skills and is ashamed to ask for help. I think I could get him to work on his math on line but I can’t afford to pay for a math class online. Any suggestions?
