How difficult is the Boston University admissions process?

My grades aren’t that great I have 2.60 unweighted however im a senior and i was able to pull my first quarter grades up. I also took classes at Harvard University in Neurobiology and Biomedical Ethics im also taking courses in Cognitive Neuroscience through Harvard’s Extension school at the current moment. In February i’ll be going to Uganda to volunteer in a health center and tutor English. I also will be taking online online course at the University of Oxford in Philosophy of Science (10 credits) and online course at the University of Cambridge in How do Drugs Work? (10 Credits). I also forgot to mention I have a total of 12 credits from Harvard.I also attend a lot of minority medical meetings on the weekends and tomorrow I will be meeting with the assistant dean at BU for the Premedical Studies.
